What deposition methods do you offer? +
We focus on PVD (sputter, evaporator) and ALD — customized thin-film deposition, including special films and process conditions that are hard to achieve in conventional production lines.
Which materials do you work with? +
A broad library across oxides, nitrides, and metals — including oxides such as VO₂, HfO₂, IGZO; nitrides such as TiN, AlN; and metals such as Pt, Ru — that are difficult to handle in conventional fabs.
What about eco-friendliness and ESG? +
We use a vacuum deposition process with no toxic organic materials or gases, minimizing environmental impact for ESG-aligned manufacturing.
What fields is it applied to? +
