VanaM is a deep-tech materials company developing and manufacturing advanced thin films for next-generation semiconductor, photonic, quantum, and power electronic systems. Our platform combines proprietary vacuum deposition technology, materials IP, and data-driven process optimization.
VanaM builds the thin-film materials infrastructure for next-generation hardware. Through proprietary vacuum deposition technology, core IP and AI-assisted process optimization, we develop high-performance thin films that are difficult to source or not yet commercialized. From our first foundry in Seoul, we support deep-tech teams in quantum photonics, AI semiconductors, power electronics, and advanced optical systems with faster R&D cycles, flexible batch production and a path from prototyping to pilot manufacturing.
We operate a Seoul-based foundry that enables rapid thin-film R&D, low-MOQ prototyping, and small- to medium-batch production. We work closely with customers and collaborators to solve complex technical challenges and accelerate commercialization.

Core technologies
Proprietary Thin-Film R&D
We design custom materials and stack structures for applications that conventional foundries do not yet support.
AI-Assisted Optimization
We combine process data, metrology, and simulation to shorten trial-and-error cycles and improve reproducibility.
Foundry Manufacturing
We support low-MOQ prototyping, pilot wafers, and small to medium batch production from our Seoul foundry. Next step: U.S. expansion & mass production.

- Established VanaM Inc.
- Selected for the initial startup package pilot R&D project by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups
- Named the top company in the 10th Kibo Venture Camp by Korea Technology Finance Corporation
- Commenced the construction of a pilot line for an urban semiconductor plant in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul
